Who qualifies
We review every application by hand. No upload needed now: just your business number and registration date.

- You can show your business or registration number. We may ask for a copy by email.
- You run a service business: trucking, rental, oilfield, construction, snow, field service or similar.
- Spots are limited to the first 50 approved businesses.

Nothing is charged automatically. Before your year ends, we contact you to talk through what you use and which plan fits. If it is not for you, you can export your data and walk away.
Why are you giving this away?
Starting with a real system is far easier than switching later. We would rather earn a customer for the long run than charge a new company before it has steady work.
What does basic Dispatch include?
The core of the job: jobs and scheduling, quotes, invoices with GST and PST, crew access from their phones, and your customer and rate lists. We will walk you through exactly what is in the plan during your review call.
How are applications reviewed?
A founder reads every application. We check that the business was registered in the last 12 months, then set up a short call. Approved businesses are counted against the 50 spots.
My business is older than 12 months but seasonal. Can I apply?
This program is only for new businesses. Seasonal companies can ask about our flexible plans for the slow season, so you are not paying much in months with few jobs.
