Snow & site services
Storm callouts out the door in minutes, not phone calls
When it snows overnight, every site wants to be first. Dispatch gets the jobs to your crews by text, keeps photos of every visit, and bills each one, either per visit or on a seasonal contract that invoices itself.
4 a.m., 40 sites, one phone.
The storm starts overnight. The owner is calling and texting crews from a list, trying to remember who has which sites. Nobody writes down the time they cleared a lot, and the photos are on six different phones.
Then a property manager says the lot was never done. Without proof, you eat the visit. At month end someone counts visits from text messages to build the invoices.
How Dispatch handles it
-
Callouts by text
Assign the sites and each crew gets the jobs by SMS with a link. Assign several tickets at once when a storm hits.
-
Photo proof of every visit
Crews take photos of the cleared lot from their phone. The photos stay on the ticket for that visit, with who took them and the times the crew started and finished.
-
Per-visit billing
Each visit is a ticket. Plow, salt and sand at each client's rate, then roll a month of visits into one invoice per client.
-
Seasonal contracts that bill themselves
Set up a recurring invoice for a seasonal contract, monthly or on another schedule, with a start and end date. Dispatch sends each one on time.
-
Every site's rates on file
Property managers keep their agreed rates on their client record, and each visit carries the site location, so the right price lands on every ticket.
How it works
- 1
Storm hits
Create tickets for the sites to clear and assign crews to several at once.
- 2
Crews get the texts
Each crew opens the ticket link and sees the site and notes.
- 3
Clear and prove it
The crew runs the timer, snaps photos, and marks the visit complete.

Bill the way the contract says
Per-visit work rolls into a monthly invoice. Seasonal contracts bill on their own schedule.
Fair questions.
Can we bill some clients per visit and others a seasonal fee?
Yes. Per-visit clients are billed from their completed tickets. Seasonal clients get a recurring invoice. You can do both for the same client if the contract has extras.
What do we show a property manager who says we never came?
The ticket for that visit, with the crew's photos, the start and finish times, and who did the work.
Does it track our trucks by GPS?
No. Dispatch does not do GPS tracking. Proof of service comes from the crew's photos and the times recorded on the ticket.
We are quiet all summer. Do we pay full price all year?
Talk to us about a low-season plan. Dispatch has flexible plans for companies whose work drops off for part of the year.
