Two frozen streams joining into one under soft winter light

Integrations

Keep the tools you trust. Dispatch connects to them.

Most service companies already have an accountant, a way to take card payments, and a website. Dispatch does not ask you to give any of them up. It handles the jobs, the crews and the invoices, then passes clean data to the tools you plan to keep.

Works with what you have today

Payments

  • Stripe

Customers pay an invoice by card from the link in their email, and the payment is recorded on the invoice by itself.

You get paid sooner without taking card numbers over the phone, and nobody has to match deposits to invoices by hand.

Turned on for your account on request. You can add an optional credit card surcharge, off by default.

  • Helcim

Customers pay invoices online by card through your own Helcim account, and Dispatch marks the invoice paid.

If Helcim already handles your card payments, you keep your merchant account and your rates.

Turned on for your account on request. An account uses either Stripe or Helcim for online card payments, not both.

Accounting

  • QuickBooks Desktop

Export invoices and payments as an IIF file that QuickBooks Desktop imports, mapped to the account names you set.

Your bookkeeper keeps working in QuickBooks the way they always have, and nobody retypes invoices at month end.

  • Sage Accounting

Issued invoices, the customers on them, and their payments are sent to your Sage Accounting business automatically.

The books stay in Sage, where your accountant expects them, and they match what was billed in Dispatch.

Sage Accounting, Canadian edition. Turned on for your account on request.

Messaging

  • Twilio text messages

When you assign a job, the operator gets a text with the details, a map link, and a link to the full ticket, and the office can see whether it was delivered.

Crews get the job on the phone they already carry, without a group chat or an app to install.

Website

  • Web forms

You get form code to add to the website you already have, and every request lands in your Dispatch inquiries inbox.

Keep your site and your web designer. Leads stop sitting in an email inbox and can become a quote without retyping.

Turned on for your account on request.

Data and AI

  • Excel and Google Sheets (CSV)

Download invoices, tickets, your price list, inquiries and job profitability as CSV files.

Your data is never locked in. Open it in the spreadsheet you already use, or hand it to your accountant.

  • AI assistants (MCP)

Connect an AI assistant that supports MCP, such as Claude, so it can look up clients, tickets and invoices, add a client, or assign an operator.

Ask a question about your jobs or money in plain words and get the answer from your real records.

Turned on for your account on request. You choose what each connection can see and do, and you can revoke it at any time.

  • Dispatch API

Scoped, revocable API keys let your own tools and automations read clients, tickets and invoices, create clients, and assign operators.

If you or a developer already run automations, Dispatch can feed them instead of replacing them.

Turned on for your account on request.

Maps

  • Google Maps

Every job location opens in Google Maps from the ticket and from the operator's text, and legal land descriptions (DLS) can be turned into a map point.

Operators find the site with the map app already on their phone, even when the address is a lease location.

DLS lookup covers Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan and is turned on in your settings.

Why Dispatch connects instead of replacing

Dispatch is not accounting software. Your accountant keeps the books in the program they already know, and Dispatch hands them invoices and payments that match what was billed.

Switching everything at once is how new systems fail. Keep your payment processor, your website and your books, and let Dispatch fill the gap between the job and the invoice.

Your data is hosted in Canada, and you can export it any time.

Coming soon

  • QuickBooks Online Soon

Invoices, customers and payments will be sent to QuickBooks Online.

  • Xero Soon

Invoices from Dispatch will go to Xero, mapped to your own account codes.

Don't see the tool you use?

Tell us what you use and what you need it to do. We read every suggestion, and it helps us decide what to build next.

We only use this to plan integrations and reply to you.

Fair questions.

Do I have to switch accounting software?

No. Dispatch is not accounting software. Invoices export to QuickBooks Desktop and sync to Sage Accounting today, with QuickBooks Online and Xero coming soon. Your accountant keeps the books where they are.

What if the tool I use isn't listed?

Suggest it with the form on this page. Until it is built, CSV exports let you move invoices, tickets and your price list into almost any program.

Do integrations cost extra?

It depends on your plan and which integrations you need. We go through it on the demo call so you know before you sign up.

Who sets it up?

We do most of it. We turn the integration on for your account and walk you through connecting your Stripe, Helcim or Sage account. Web forms come with code you or your web designer paste into your site.

I just started my business. Can I get integrations included?

Businesses registered in the last 12 months can apply for the startup program. Members get basic Dispatch free for one year, with 2 integrations of their choice. See the startup program.
