Neatly layered cards in muted blue, slate, and snow white, fanned slightly like a rate book on a cold desk

Clients, rates & catalog

Every customer's pricing in one place, applied every time

Set up your services and equipment once with their default rates. Add the special rates you have agreed with each customer, and Dispatch uses them on every quote, job, and invoice for that customer.

The rate sheet is a spreadsheet only one person trusts

Your standard rates are in one file. The deal you made with your biggest customer is in an email. The other one is in the owner's head. Whoever invoices has to know all three.

When someone guesses, the customer gets the wrong price. Either you eat the difference or you have an uncomfortable call.

How Dispatch handles it

  • One catalog for everything you sell

Services, equipment, and materials, grouped into categories and work types, each with a default rate, billing unit, and whether tax applies.

  • Customer rates that apply themselves

Set a customer's own price for any catalog item. It is used automatically on their quotes, tickets, and invoices.

  • Rate changes need a sign-off

Turn on approval for rate overrides, and when a dispatcher changes a price, an owner or admin approves or rejects it first.

  • Contacts and billing emails

Keep a primary billing contact and other contacts per customer, and pick from them when you email a quote or invoice.

  • Tax-exempt customers

Mark a customer as tax-exempt and keep their exemption number on file. Their documents are taxed correctly without anyone remembering.

  • The whole history on one page

Each customer has their quotes, tickets, invoices, activity, and follow-up tasks with due dates and who owns them.

How it works

  1. 1

    Load your catalog

We set up your services, equipment, and default rates with you during setup.

  2. 2

    Add your customers

Bring in your customer list with their contacts, billing emails, and tax status.

  3. 3

    Set the special rates

Add the rates you have agreed with each customer. From then on, they are applied automatically.

Fair questions.

Can I export my price list?

Yes. Download your catalog and rates as a CSV whenever you need it.

Can I stop dispatchers from changing prices?

Yes. Choose per dispatcher whether they can see rates, edit the catalog, or override a rate. You can also require approval for every override.

If I change a rate, does it change old invoices?

No. Invoices keep the price they were created with. Catalog changes only affect new work.

Can I add a new customer from a quote or job?

Yes. Create the customer inline while you are making the quote or ticket, without leaving the page.

Can I add one-off items that are not in the catalog?

Yes. Custom line items work on quotes, tickets, and invoices alongside your catalog items.
